Siempre lo afirmo. Volver a disfrutar a los clásicos siempre compensa. En tiempos en los que la mediocridad gana terreno, muchas veces jaleada incluso por público y crítica, merece volver la vista a los mejores y recuperar la verdadera calidad.
Es lo que podemos hacer con los Bellamy Brothers, uno de los dúos country más populares de todos los tiempos, que han editado una caja de cuatro CDs titulada “Let Your Love Flow: The Ultimate Bellamy Brothers Collection”, en colaboración con la prestigiosa Reader’s Digest, en la que recopilan los grandes éxitos de su brillante carrera, incluyendo algunas canciones inéditas.
David Bellamy ha declarado que: “Sentimos que esta caja es uno de los mejores recopilatorios generales que jamás hemos lanzado (…) La selección de canciones abarca todo, desde los más grandes éxitos hasta las cortes nunca antes publicados”.

Los Bellamy Brothers son un dúo formado por los hermanos David Milton Bellamy y Homer Howard Bellamy, de Darby, Florida, que alcanzaron el número uno del Billboard Hot 100 en 1976 con su canción “Let Your Love Flow«, y el número uno en 1979 de la Hot Country Singles & Tracks con «If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body«, además de 20 números uno y más de 50 éxitos en las listas de música country. Su carrera se extiende desde la década de los 70 hasta ahora y han publicado más de 50 álbums.
