Joy to the World es una de mis canciones de Navidad favoritas y uno de los grandes clásicos de siempre. Fue compuesta por Lowell Mason, inspirado en frases del Oratorio El Mesías, de George Frederick Handel, con letra de Isaac Watts, escrita en 1719 y basada en el Libro de los Salmos, en concreto el Salmo 98, de la Biblia.
